Default Koni Adjustable settings please

i want to set these before i fit them as the rears are a slight pain (depress button under dust shield and twist shaft). the rears only seam to have 3 settings, can anyone tell me the, hard to soft direction and recomended position for enthusiasic road use?

also the fronts, these are the usual knob on the strut top.

Cheers in advance. Ian

When roosie had his koni's he had them on fully hard both ends, and they were still really nice and comfy but very controlled as well, excellent road shock.

thanks, loads of help, the fronts are easy to tweak it was the rears i was unsure of, i'll just set them to 'Hard as' and knock the front soft till it feels right then.
