0.5 bar on stock engine. Above you'll need a fifth injector, and some other bits

0.5 bar right well would it still be worth shelling out the cash? for the turbo or not if its only going to be able to run that psi ? or do i bite the bullet go for more and have more things to put on?

The internals and the injectors only cope with 0.5bar. This will get you 30hp maybe more.

If you fit cossie pistons and rods, a 315cc/m injector on the inlet, a cossie t3 turbo with manifold + exhaust, intercooler and a uprated fuelpump you may acheive something like mine, around 190hp on the wheels. I'm on 1Bar atm

right well i know that a standard 2.0 sierra is producing around 120 bhp ish- and what bhp would i gain from just having the turbo at 0.5 bar?

and if i just wanted the turbo and not an engine build is there anything else i can fit for a few more horses?

Don't really remember what the guys in norway got with 0.5bar, but I would think somewhere around 150hp
