Removing white dials?

PassionFord Post Whore!!
depends how they have been fitted, I seen somethat are stuck on over the original dials, which usually peel them of with them, or some with the original sticky dials removed totally and new ones fitted.
Either way you are going to need a new set of stickers IME.

I have just fitted a set of lookwood white dials and to remove the manky old white dials wasn't easy, they were stuck on with the double sidey that comes on the white dials to the main plastic face, the plastic part of the dials breaks due to being brittle and the tape thats left comes of then clean the glue off with thinner etc and apply new dials.
I wanted another set of whites and found that http://www.lockwoodinternational.co.uk/ was loads cheaper than others ell them at, i payed Ł16 posted

I have lockwood on my cossie, but could not use the centre warning light bit as could hardly see the warning lights through the new white symbols, it nearly totally blocks the light, asked lockwood 5 times, emails/calls/letter, couldn't even be bothered to respond.
I used the original warning light bit, just the coloured dials faces.

Get some alloy dials they look cleaner and you can change the illumination to any colour you wish.
they do them for all cars, so much more classier than white dials imho
