Removing carbon build up..??
Whats the best way to remove carbon build up on exhaust and inlet valves when they are removed from the head?

2ltr bottle of Coke into a tube and let them soak for 30minutes, should wipe off very easy after that.

wire brush works ok too!on a die grinder or something similar

i just use a wire wheel on a bench grinder, works a treat

Get someone else to do it, easier, or a wire brush attachement on a bench grinder for me.
