valve stem seals

think my stem seals are shot

can they be done as per a cvh without removing the head or is it a head off jobbie?

iv'e heard of people doing them with the head on, but difficult.

Very difficult to do on the cossie because of the recessed valves, would be ok if the retainers let go of the collets easy enuff though. High risk of bending valves if they don`t want to let go.
