Default little bit of a running problem after a ragging

I need a little help with this one.

if you give the car some stick and really welly it sometimes as it approches 5k it cuts out for a split second and come back to life again.

it runs perfect all other times

its only when you boot it really really hard.

its just like someone has turned off the igntion for a split second.

any ideas

no its too big to be a missfire. its just as if the igiton goes off for a split second.

then it goes again.

i think its heat realated becuase its only when you really rag it.

Try the multiplugs too, use electrical contact cleaner on them, plug them in and out a few times then dry. Its a cheap and easy thing to try before you start chasing other faults!

my series1 used to do it aswell it was runnin a bit rich but it was just once she was hot and u put the throttle on really hard at about 5k rpm it would cut out then come back 2 life, was just the car hitting its boost limit because i was running a standard actuator,so i would say up rate your actuator n get her set-up
