Default Engine resonance at 4000 rpm

I hope this is not a stupid question but we have 2 Cossies (4x4) and they both have this resonance at 4000, is this a characteristic of a Cossie or can something be done about it?

Standard as from the factory, its not exhaust resonance as it comes from the engine bay.

Has your actuator got the correct pre-load on it as mine didnt and the wastegate flap was causing noise which travelled down the exhaust.

Bit of a wild card but my altenator bracket started to work loose off the block once. Made a wierd buzz and took a while to find.

There's a nut, washers and bolt under the throttle body to secure the tb to the engine mount (or near enough), the washers are "special" dished washers, maybe they're a little slack
