issues if the gasket is smaller than the ports with matched runners :cry: ?

guessing i need to make the gasket bigger but its a cometic metal one, time for the dremel?

Do you know the diameter of the o-ring rubber to use - I am assuming neoprene material?

What was the depth of the groove - or the crush of the ring?
