Default clutch problems

fitted a new clutch to my 4x4 cossie bout 2 months ago because the old one was slipping when it came on boost. now my new clutch is startin to slip as well and tonight the pedal has all of a sudden got very long. i got the flywheel skimmed when changin the clutch and fitted a new motorcraft clutch kit. any ideas on this would be a help!

Default clutch

Have a look at the clutch ratchet on the pedal box it will most likely be f**ked or need ajustment
