Default YB complete Gasket set

Its been about 3 years since I have had a YB apart are there any better gaskets than the standard ones now?

for the inlet, front covers, water pump, rocker etc etc or is standard still the way to go?

Not sure if I heard that cometic do these or not?

For a COMPLETE Top End Andy i went to Matt Lewis who did me a blinding deal with some other bits thrown in aswell, would highly recommend him mate!

I'm SURE he can easily sort the rest of the engine gaskets out for you!

I think he's got a deal going on the WRC multi-layer head gaskets too at the moment if you need one!

Used a full cometic set on my last build....the funky metal gaskets with foam each side for rocker cover and inlet, and ancilleries........I own a YB that dont leak Multi layred steel headgasket also by cometic...as said tho, needs to be flat flat on both surfaces if using one of these.

Matt Lewis does not have a website (yet) but being done, but on the end of 01922 692424.
I use the new/ish alloy foam COMETIC from Matt L, and VERY impressed with them, and the service from Matt as well.

as said, for all things like water pump, inlet manifold, cam cover etc, cometic are more convenient to use (and sometimes re-use) than sts
