what can i do to my sapphire glxi to raise the performance.already had top end rebuild.
other then getting a cossie.

Stick a turbo on it otherwise nothing really. Is it a Dohc?

Usual stuff cam/chip/air filter/exhaust , nitrous, supercharger etc.

yes it is dohc.and iv looked around a few places for chip but they only do it for the cosworth does any one know of any where that would do it for me??

forget the chip, turbo technics kit is the way to go, i was running near 1 bar boost on 10.5:1 rebuilt twinky on a T25 and High lift cams, 220bhp and 240 ft lb.

Look in resto you will see pics,

I reckon you could make a kit quite easy

Mine was home made, wasn't as neat as Jasesapphys but did the job, i ran 10psi on a T3 on mine.

You can get a Powerchip off ebay for 'about' £85 but the DOHC responds really well to some headwork (porting).
Use some fast-road cams with a ported head and a 4-2-1 manifold an they really shift Slightly larger flowing injectors help too.
