Default no hose on actuator

Why is my car been set up with no hose on actuator so whats controlling the boost how does that work........

nothing is controlling the boost then - apart from spring force in the actuator acting against the pressure in the exhaust turbine housing against the wastegate

Slightly confussed.... how the hell is that working at all ????
No hose on the actuator, surely the wastegate will never open ??? What pressure is forcing the actuator to open, and where is it acting upon the actuator.

Maybe i'm being stupid...
or do you mean no hose to the amal valve ??
