Default Upgrade stages

I've done a search to no avail so in non-techy terms can someone please tell me what's invloved with the common upgrade stages 1-3 on a 2wd Sapph and the approx power outputs.

All would need a set up but in rough terms.

Stage 1: Actuator, Chip 270bhp
Stage 1 gunship: Actuator, Chip 270-290bhp
Stage 3 on a T3: Actuator, Chip, Greens 310bhp
Stage 3 T34: Actuator, Chip, Greens 330bhp

Then theres different injectors, intercoolers, different size exhaust housing for Turbo's. All this means different power out puts.

Then there is T38's, T4's, GT30, GT35 etc can go on forever.

As said, though if changing ecu you can get loads more power from those injectors.
