Default What Oil Do I Use?

Hi there,

This may sound a stupid question and know I will get all sorts of answers I have just brought a Saph Cosworth (2WD) but I am not sure what grade of engine oil I should use and the Handbook book does not help me alot. Would someone be able to advise me please? Also I am interested in attending Local Meets in the Kent area and also displaying the car at car shows such as Bromley Pagent Of Motoring anyone know how I would go about this I am not a member of the Sierra Owners Club or the Rsownersclub.

Thanks in advance.

People have lots of different ideas on which oil is best but i've used Mobile 1 15w50 and Castrol Edge (formerly Castrol RS) 10W60 and both seemed okay.
