hi there im new to this site and have just managed to work out how to post pics(i hope!!)so her she is my pride and joy!! i have been looking at other cossies on this site and really like the safs with the hokey stick style spoilers could anyone tell me were i could get this for mine????

do you mean the rs500 front bumper lower spoilers or the rear rouse style spoilers?really nice car you have!

thanks not to shaw i think its the rs500 bumper but have also seen a saf with what looked like escort cos hockey sticks? i just want to harden the front end up a bit?

there the ones i want. genuine ford will be well over priced if you can get them so i needto find some good need to find some good copies??

They are RS500 style splitters, you can either get a genuine RS500 one (pay through the nose) then cut it down to fit a Sapphire (devaluing it 50%), OR get a Rouse one, cost similar to RS500 one, or there's carbon fibre ones about, not sure how much they cost.

Want to get one for mine too, but don't want to spend £200+ on it.

Oh and some people fit a Laguna splitter, looks totally different, and a bit if you ask me.

dont think i could cut down genuine ones and £200 is a lot but i have spent a fortune on my car as it is so another £200 wont kill me!!

thanks for all the nice coments on my car its taken a lot of work to get her to this stage i brought her form fleebay and her previous owner had not looked after it and had done lots of bodges on it to!! but ive just about got it looking and running how i want just tax and mot and its ready to go

the copy ones arent 200 i dont think.. sure ive seen new for 130.. made by a guy on here his name is moose something i think...

im thinking about changing the wheels down a size to 17inc maybe a black sat of compromotives or the dimond cut rs 7 spokes?

yeah,moose 130 will sort you with the splitter,i got 1 from some guy on ebay,fit isnt 100% as it doesnt follow the curve of the bumper perfectly but it does harden up the front end,especially with some twin headlights!

there are 6mm nuts bonded in to the spoiler. i am told this is the same as the proper rouse ones

I think moose does them for 175 inc p&p

Stunning car, I personally think you'd be mad to change those wheels. They look stunning IMO.

I've got the RS500 style splitter on mine, got it from National Day a couple of years ago for about the £100 mark.

It's quite hard to see in the picture as it's black on black, but they do look good

The previous owner fitted a genuine RS500 splitter to my sapph and i have a receipt for over £400, mad.

i really like the polished rs 7 spokes if i can find a set for the right price cant belive how much they go for
