Go into ford and ask for a 4x4 stat, you'll know its the right one cos its costs around £40, is doesn't come with a paper gaskit it comes with a rubber ring that goes around the outer edge of the stat and then goes in place, 4x4 stats are un-reliable as I've gone through a couple myself

Yep thats a 4x4 front and rear stat housing if your car is 4x4 then you'll need a 4x4 stat

that will be an RS500 stat housing - it looks like a 4x4 one but has an internal spacer so that it can use the normal 2wd thermostat.
