What springs to 18 inch rims?

I want my 18 inch rims on the Sierra 4x4.
What springs do I need it not to grind?
25 mm or 30mm deep?
Bilstein shock absorbers are mounted.

Get ahmed bayjoo spec ones from mike r got them on my saph with 8x18 mo's.
