sapp. Grp N or Poly bushes?

anyone?

Just go poly, as group N likely to be just harder rubber, which won't last as long and most likely cost more.
I get the best service/price these days from SUPERFLEX, they have been making these bushes in OZ years before other like powerflex were even thought of, for the extremes of the oz outback where failure can kill.
I get mine from CHRIS WITTOR 01749 678152.
I have just replaced a set of rear arb bushes on my sapph as some numpty fitted 18mm bushes to a 16mm roll bar!!, the old ones were powerflex, so soft compared with powerflex so will most likely not last anywhere near as long.
I have never had a problem with comfort after fitting superflex(or others) indeed the opposite I always found it more comfy as reduces roll etc.

I may be wrong (usually am  )

But i was told Ford group n ones are nylon? Apparently they give a very harsh ride.

Group N could well be SF nylon, if so forget it, you would not beleive the harshness and damage these do.
