I recently got mine from ford's, easy to fit, but a bit fiddly, made a world of difference to gearchange though well worth doing.
The mount itself had corrosion welded itself to the gearbox, so had to be knocked free carefully with hammer, and old screwdriver, put some coppaslip on the mating face of new mount to gearbox so it does not stick

hmmz i'd prefer a graphite based grease. With kopper on aluminium, it can corrode galvanically.

Does the gearbox need to come out? Or can it bee done with the engine and gearbox still in the car? Im thinking of changing engine mounts also.

Gearbox NEEDS to be fitted to do it.
I have a 4" scorpion system and just about enough room with a lever or two, don't lever on the mount too much if it stuck to the box, as it comes off all of a sudden and you get a dent in your head like me, either that or don't be silly like me and lever towards yourself!!

Thanks tabetha,

So the engine mounts also can be changed with the engine and box still in place? Just lift the engine up enough to remove old mounts?

yes they can - to give yourself a bit more room you can also unbolt the mount from the side of the block after the engine has been suitably supported/suspended

I just either put me engine hoist on or use a jack with large flat block of wood to spread the load and support this way.
