Six paddle AP/Alcon plate with a new standard Ford cover will be fine ;)

I use alcon 6 paddle clutch with h/duty cover and its fine not heavy at all

imo and feels like a standard clutch untill your in traffic

choose the alcon over the AP one due to it being easier on the legg

but as rich says both will do the job go for the alcon :top:

Im runnin ap 6 paddle with standard clutch cover, its handled all the abuse ive thrown at it, in traffic its spot on no worse than a standard clutch :top:

Yer from what ive been readin up on the conversion its supposed 2 b a really good mod,
It enables u 2 run a Heavy Duty Clutch, but keep most of the feelin n lightness of a standard cluth,
And 1 of the best bits is that it enables the clutch 2 full Disengage from the flywheel, so u dont get that nasty dragin when in traffic and it ultimately it pro-longs the life of ur clutch, savin u money in the longrun :top: :top: :top:

Winner in my eyes shame i just couldnt afford it last time i replace my clutch

i use a alcon 6 paddle spinner plate with a ford motorsport cover and bearing, light as a standard clutch with the bite of a 6 paddle. :top:
By the way mine is running 380 (ish) :content:
