Whats the differance: standard and GrpA gasket

Hello

whats the differnace between a standard and GrpA head gasket?

as mine has gone but i bought a GrpA gasket off a mate agessss ago

but it looks the same as the 1 i took off, which i fink is a standard gasket!!

any help welcome please :)
