Hello, i'm french and i post for a friend who drive a Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 4x4.

We haven't enough experimentation returns and judgement here, and it's why i speak to you :oops:

There is his configuration :

-Engine 200
-Pistons with imprints and weight control
-Piston rods weight control and equilibrate
-Cranckshaft, flywheel (2wd) equilibrate
-Engine and cylinder head adjust
-Cylinder head prepare (flues fitting and polishing) (flues=pipes ?)
-RV 7.6 (compression ratio)
-Cylinder head gasket Cometic 3 layers
-Exhaust manifold of 2wd
-T38 by Turbotechnics
-RS500 3" inchs ProAlloy
-Moongose exhaust 76mm
-Swedish plenum
-Throttle 65mm
-L8 and live mapping in UK coming soon
-Injectors 850cc Siemens

We are researching cams fit to this configuration...
What profile can he use ?

lots of people will have different opinions on this, but one configuration is :

BD14 inlet cam
standard exhaust cam
