Any EASY way of removing the front struts on a Saph?

As is not dropping the front anti roll bar or bottom ball arm etc?

I'm wanting to fit some springs but after the hassle I had doing the wheel bearings and refitting the frigging hub I don't fancy doing it again and risk busting something else.

The escorts and fiestas were a doddle, just remove the bolt and stamp on the hub for a bit and out they came! Cossies have that horrible roll bar and I don't want to ratchet strap the roll bar to slide it in :?

Just undo the bolt through the back of the hub/shocker and seperate that way?

It's a case of removing the strut from the car, you can't just undo the one bolt and remove the strut, unless you know of a way you can?
