Default Aftermarket air-con for a Sapphire Cosworth.

I am interested in fitting aftermarket air-con to my Sapphire Cosworth.I have heard people have had it done and was wondering who it was done by,how much it cost and did they do a good job.I am interested in an installation that looks factory fitted.Any help greatly appreciated.

have you got the air con shell?
if not, be prepared to have big holes cut into the bulkhead

good luck with that. even if you could get the bits, the time taken to fit it would mean that it would cost about a grand. is it worth it?

for your information, cars from the facttory with a/c had a different bulkhead for the evaporator to sit in, i don't know where an aftermarket kit would put it.

nothings impossible, i've fitted a/c to my mk1 escort. but then i work for the worlds largest a/c compressor manufacturer that sells 8 million compressors a year in europe
