I have a 12mm stainless steel zetec exhaust flange and a T25 flange for sale which have been water cut to a high standard which I bought last year. These will fit all Zetec engines including the Focus RS.

This was bought for a manifold I was building but never got round to making.

Both are brand new and are unused and have only been removed from the packaging to have a look when I bought them.

These plates are very hard / expensive to get hold of in this thickness.

There are a few companies such as Raceline and Simpson that sell these but they are 8mm thick and are more liable to warp with the heat.
