Breaking 3-door zetec turbo. 397bhp
Will be looking to start breaking in the next couple of weeks, so if any interest in the engine/want a test drive it will be a good idea to see it running before it comes apart lol.
The car has done less than 150 road miles and most parts were new/reconned.
Engine: was mapped at Enhanced performance and made 397bhp/386lbft but had more to go!
2.0l Zetec engine:
+0.5mm Wiseco low compression pistons 7.8:1CR £500
Carrillo connecting rods £500
Big valve stage 3 cylinder head £1000
Custom BD10 grind Piper cam kit £450

Titan motorsport rollerbarrel throttles. Modified by having them drilled and tapped to use a vac manifold for turbo use, but could be used to connect an ISCV £500

they were pretty simple to do mate, well if you can weld. which i cant so my mate that works for caged done them lol.
get the engine where you want it, then i basically made the plates that bolt to the engine, he brought round some bushes to bolt to the mounts, then it was just a case of cutting some roll cage tube to length and joining the two together.
