I haven't been in a stroker either but everything I have ever read about them seems an improvement unless you want to push the really high rev boundaries or set a world record for a 2.0 yb.
Mark Shead has always accurately explained what each mod does, Often conservatively and when he tells me about his strokers I can tell they are something pretty special in the torque aspect and the benefits to making the turbo spin up.....I cannot wait to try mine.

Mine has a Wrc breather feeding in to two large spec r cans, it didn’t have a problem at 730bhp.

I have the breather that was fitted to this engine when it was in the escort that was built after yum. I purchased it when he broke the car for parts

I do now, but at the time it seemed expensive, it was about 8-9 year ago I bet now, I still have it's quaife diff though.
Exactly that mate, 60-70 hour weeks and I've a wife & 2 kids to be with too, in order to get some serious progress made on the cars, I took 2 days off work and locked myself in the garage with a mate of mine (no funny business) and achieved a lot

60-70 hour weeks....it’s a wonder you can get anything done, I don’t think I do 70 hour months.
I did laugh about the "no funny business"

So 5700 pound I thought was a good price for the car due to its condition.
Work and family life get in the way of cars ,but a balance is needed mate
I done 70/hours yesterday Toby lol
