Polished crank - not knife edged.

The shape has been changed on the leading edges so thought that means knife edged?

Crank is knife edged, not just polished!

Saying that, not to the full extent polisble, cracking crank though

just bid your head up past £50 . to be honest, thats a bloody easy repair for me, infact if it was my own car, i'd just rub it with some emery and call it done as i've seen ALOT worse on running cars. alternatively to do it properly, you'd just line bore it, which means taking a bit of metal off the top of the head and the caps and re-machining to the right size .

Hi Pete, has been a while bud.
There is a little scoring to the other side but the caps and the actual cam are worst.

Thanks Jim
I did a search after the first post to see what clasifies a Knife edged crank and all the information I found said the leading edges of the counter balance were machined to a point mimicking that of a knifes edge (hence the name)
Maybe mine has not been done to the full extent possible I do not know and can only go off the information I am told or read.
If I am wrong I will amend but anyone that is interested can see the pictures and make there own mind up if they think its worth bidding or not.

Cheers bud,
To be honest I was told by a few mates to just list as a good head but im not that sort of person.
If its as described there can be no come backs and im covered even though it means its worth less better to be truthful, but thats just me.
