ADVICE on mondeo Titanium x sport
Hi,
I have a 2006 focus ST and selling due to growing family. Love the Mondeo titanium X sport's but I can't decide between the 2.2 TDCI 173bhp or the 2.0 Ecoboost 200bhp.
Doing around 400 miles a week and I know everyone will say go for the diesel but if the difference in MPG is not massive I would rather go for the petrol for performance.
Currently running stage 2 Bluefin on the ST so would change map to the Mondeo(at a cost).
Would appreciate everyones opinions please.
Thanks
Kev.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
My mate has a 61 plate 2.0 Ecoboost Mondeo estate and it goes like stink. Knocks my 2.0 Duratec one into the weeds.
I think he is averaging about mid 20's mpg in daily use, then high 30's on a run (subject to weight of driver's foot!!)
Only problem is it only came (at that time) with the auto box, but I believe the newer ones come with the tiptronic gear change.
