Focus 1,6 Zetec-SE engine swap Ford Puma 1,7?
Hi all, I have Ford Focus MK1 1.6 Zetec-SE. This car is in very good condition, without rust etc.., but Engine has oil consumption.
My second car is Ford Puma 1,7 Zetec. This car I have 8 years and I have lot of parts from dismantled Pumas.
My question is: Did you anyone swap Engine 1,7 from Puma to Focus MK1?

hi, i think the gearbox is the seme, you have to look only if the puma gearbox have the command cables or control roads
the ratio of 1.7 could be a little longer due to the greater power
the focus gearbox is the same 1.4-1.6 and fiesta mk5 1.4 1.6.
