Default Replacing oil seals while replacing timing belt -- is it a good idea at all?

Hi folks,

My car is a 2002 Ford Focus with Zetec-E 1.8L Petrol engine.

I am about to have the timing belt replaced. I am going to have the tensioner, idle pulley, water pump, drive belt replaced at the same time, as many people suggested.

But regarding those seals(crankshaft seal and camshaft seal) behind the timing belt, some say replace them regardless leaking or not, some say leave them along if not leaking because you may create a leak by replacing them...

What do you guys think?

Thanks!

J
