Any help would be great

You ask for advice then question it when it's given!!
I've used them loads of times no problems... I've seen Ian Howell using them . If you want to buy the expensive ones charge on.... But if they are not measured right your engine will break!!

get them from any reputable machine shop, but don't be surprised when they tell you that ACL don't list heavy duty bearings for the zetec, because the ones that everyone sells as 'ACL race bearings' for the zetec are just standard ACL zetec bearings.
glyco should be fine too really!
*edited to say i have used both ACL and glyco in a zetec and they ARE fine! no internet hearsay here, i work in a machine shop, so see this kind of thing every day
