Hi all I know this might be a daft question, but iam new to this can you post pic's off your mobile phone?

Not directly to here but you can using the likes of photobucket app. Once uploaded copy the IMG code and paste into the thread on here.

It's asked olenty of times so not a daft question. I didn't know either to begin with.
