Default Thinking of another mk1

Lads, Im thinking of getting a mk1 frs again and wanted to know whether to consider a cat d..I spoke to a guy seling one and he informs it was rear bumper damage. Its under 100k FSH and has some choice mods. Is it worth going for? 8-9k for example

I would always assume that a Cat D is much worse than the person selling it to me claims.

1) post up the reg and see if anyone knows more
2) Get a proper inspection done before parting with cash...if they have anything to hide they will put up barriers. I would personally get someone who knows the Focus inside out to look at it.

Cat D will always command a discount but these are rare cars.

I think build number is 4363. I will properly check it out but the main bit is rear bumper. If the wheel well is crushed in i will walk away

There are a few on sale for that price. Although, at that price it's not going to be a show winner by any means. I brought #0688 in Jan this year as a project that's now on the road.

I'm meaning to put mine up but only got as far as faceache and Shpock. I know Smithy23 on here use to own it, until he clears his in box, I can't message him.
