Rust on the arches and wings, stone chips up the lower rear quarter, should have clear vinyl over it called armourfend.
Wet passenger footlwell indicates the pollen filter is leaking, make sure all fans work and aircon comes on, this is a general focus issue with the resistor.
Just check the mods really pretty standard is hybrid turbo, manifold, k&n, forge actuator and recirc dumpvale, exhaust and remap. Make sure it has recirc dumpvalve not an atmos dumpvalve.
MAF sensors can cause running issues, check that if its on chargecooler the jet of water is flowing in the resevior.

Oh and dont believe all the rubbish about phase 1 and phase 2 cars, ford threw them together so they end up with loads of different things such as stiched seat bases to prevent sagging, seat hinge covers on rear seat, pink throttle body cable, light dimmer is on some cars and not others.
I prefer the stitched bases as they hold together better, the alcantara can wear as well and the steering wheel blue leather goes funny and wears off.
