st170 estate & hatchback exhaust. Any difference?

Hi,

Looking at puttin a st170 catback exhaust on my mk1 focus. What i want to know is, is there any difference between the std exhaust on a hatchback to one fitted to the estate?

The Estate body is longer than a Hatch by around 300mm.
