Where is my Speed Sensor Cable for connecting a Kenwood Sat Nav??
ok so really as the title says, ive got a 2000 reg ford focus, and i have treated my self to a all singing all dancing kenwood system which includes the navigation system, but i have a slight problem, ive been reading through the installation manuals and all seems to be ok apart from one thing, connecting the speed sensor cable, i have no idea where that would be or what colour th wires are etc, if anyone could share some information for me that would be great as i dont want to be connecting it to the wrong wires, thanks again

you may already have it in the back of the radio
the original radio may have an adv setting which raises the volume the faster you go, so make sure one of the original loom wires for the radio doesn't already have it in there
on the granadas it was black and on some of the later ones i've seen it's yellow assuming it's got one, but they are on different plugs
a pic of the back of the stereo and the loom plug that is originally on the car should help
