Does any1 no where I can get the st 3rd break light and washer jet for the st spoiler

i have managed to get the light now im stuck on the washer jet, can i use the one from my standerd spoiler even if its to short i could add a bit of pipe to it

I use a clear break light on my ST. Propper Ford part, off the current C-Max I think.
