Default Fuse keeps blowing! No. 32

Hi, my lights fuse (number 32 fuse) keeps blowing as soon as I turn the lights on whether the car is on or off. The fuse is for the circuit rear lights and instrument lights.

Any idea why this might be happening? The car is a 1999 1.8 Tddi ford focus estate.

Thanks

Try removing the rear bulb holders and see if it does it. Not that uncommon for damp to get into the connectors and cause a short circuit.
