as above what oil and grade do i use and is it fully or semi synthetic cheers in advance

pretty much certurn it will be good old Semi-Syth 5-30 or 5-40

Most Fords use 5-30 and the TDCI 1.8 uses 5-30 anyway

try out the Comma range if I may recommened
