Considering FOCUS RS as daily driver-am I mental???
After a recent promotion I am considering buying a Focus RS this winter, is this a reliable daily driver, who uses theirs daily and what problems have you encountered with it, I am really unsure if this is a good move as I was considering an Audi Avant until recently
Any real world stories would be much appreciated

Perfect car for a daily driver, mine has not ever broken down in 37000miles, good fuel econ, still fast, looks amazing, one of the best cars I have owned.
Mines for sale, am looking for a Ecos again.

LOL I'm taking mine off the road this winter! Unless you get some high-mileage shit-box, I'd buy something different. The state of the roads as they are in the winter and the fact the FRS is a front-driver anyway, kinda defeats the purpose of having one! Mine was a complete 'mare to drive when it was wet or icey. I've got an Audi A4 quattro for winter duties now Summer daily driver - yes, winter daily driver - no!

Get it bought, excellent daily drivers in all weather (as long as you use a light right foot when it get's slippy) Mine goes out in all whether and stays out in it - it's a car, it's what they're for, well apart from the Mk1, that stays under cover
