Ive got a focus mk1 1.6 zetec and want to get a full exhaust system, ie manifold decat or sports cat and back box, does any one have any recommendations for max power. I was thinking a miltek set up or a combination between miltek and powerflow!

Any help would be good

Powerflow are shite mate, if your going for miltek stick with the whole system
