Default Power Test Results?

Hi everyone i bought my Focus RS No. 1432 about 6 months ago and have had the following upgrades done.

Primary Designs Tubular Manifold.
Primary Designs de-cat with WRC exhaust.
Bluefin
Generation 2 K&N Induction Kit.
All fitted by Rob @ SCC (Many Thanks Rob)

My Rolling Road Results are as follows. 257.5 BHP @ 5081 rpm & 298.1Ibft @ 3594 rpm.

Does this sound good or bad with the upgrades a have done.

Next Mods Primary Designs GT28/32 Hybrid Turbo, and a set of custom cams straight from Ian Howell, and im dumping the bluefin for dream science.

Not bad mate, but a lot of people have different results with those modifications. It all depends on the map and the original output of your engine...near no FRS came out with 212bhp as standard...

Mine has the following...

Miltek Exhaust,
Miltek Decat,
Piper 270 cams,
Ford Motorsport Manifold + heat wrap,
Viper Induction Kit,
Bluefin - now done away with a remap,
Denso ITV-22 gapped to 0.7mm,
Magnecor Blue Leads

294.3bhp & 345 lb/ft @ 1.3 bar

Yup, standard turbo and its not stressed with too much boost. Just right.

ACT's are fine, no problems at all. But I'm currently making a custom air to air intercooler system. Got an aftermarket intercooler off ebay, and the piping work will be welded by a mate who's a mechanical engineer. Much more thought going into it, as we can now alter the position of the induction kit i.e. towards more air. It will look much better than Pro Alloy's Ł1000 system, and only costs a few quid.....score!
