BUYING A MODIFIED FRS OR NOT???
I have seen a nice looking Focus RS on pistonheads, the link is below:-
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/96829.htm
It looks very nice, but im just a bit unsure if I should buy one which is already modified, as this one is, or buy a standard one. How do they perform once chipped, exhaust, etc, compared to standard?? Also, how reliable are they once modified?
Ive noticed most people seem to go for the Bluefin chip, whereas this one has a Ford Motorsport one. Does anyone have any opinions/past experiences about these chip's??
Finally, by any chance does anyone have any history of the actual car? I know its a long shot, but was just wondering if the previous owner (who added all the mods) is a member on here.
Cheers
Steve
