Today i was driving down the M40 and was just about to overtake someone when i realized i had no boost. The gauge reading was 0. I thought thats strange.

So i stopped at the next services thinking maybe one of the hoses had came off. Parked up and went inside so it would cool a little before i started getting burnt. Lifted the bonnet and had a look around and everythink seemed ok. Nothink loose or off. So restarted and there was a little white smoke from the exhaust and still no boost. Started to really wurry then.

Basically drove it home nice and steady. Had another look and still none the weiser.

Seen a post about the actuator rod from the wastegate being off, and its on, so thats ok.

Still got no boost.

Can anyone help?

I'd get the fault codes read first. Maybe ECU is cutting down boost.

Is it a lot of white smoke? What does it smell like?

Im going to book it into a garage tomorrow morning
