focus RS exhuast manifold
anyone got any idea how much they go for 2nd hand? after one for my zetec turbo conversion, cant find any for sale though!

ive sold two one was brand new and went for 100 other was second hand and went for 70ish
if you cold afford it go for a basic tubular item from other mountune or ellmer autosport
the standard manifold is very restrictive and once changed gains on a standard turbo(gt2560) are around 20bhp and 40-50ilbs of torque are easily achievable

whats the going rate for a tubular one though? ive seen them for circa Ł600 which to be honest is more than im prepared to spend on a manifold for a car thats only worth 600 itself.
