hi guys is there any focus experts on here.

my mate has bought a 07 focus it wont start.

he bought it not running apparently guy he bought it off said the previous guy changed the ecu so it will need another ecu or reprogramming so the car will start.

just wanted to know can it be reprogrammed easly ?

and also engine malfunction displayed on dash.
