Default need help,icv

hello and good morning people, need ur help, just bought my first fiesta, its a 2011 fiesta zetec s,1600,petrol,frozen white, love it.
execpt for it cutting out when slowing to a stop sometimes and idle a bit erratic at other times, not all the time,be ok for a few days and nothing, then one day a few times then nothing.
ive just put in a k/n air filter that gives it that bit of wap wap wap.
so i want to clean the icv, searched online, looked at all the utube how tos and when i look at the engine i dont see anything like it,i see the maf sensor, just where the air filter went in,but nothing that looks like a icv,im i missing something, havent got round to figuring out how to upload pics.
be very helpful if someone could post up a pic of where it is exactly,or tell me where it is
many thanks
aodan

The electronic throttle body regulates airflow to act in the manner of an IACV. If anything needs cleaning it'll be that. Also inspect it for damage and cracks while it's off.
