All the dash lights on! Please help
Hello everyone!
I have a Ford Fusion 2003 with Durashift semi-auto gearbox.
Lately I've been having some issues - all this nightmare started one morning when all the dashlights turned on, on the monitor that indicates what gear you are in are 2 horizontal lines, mileage disappeared, tachometre fluctuates from actual number of rotations to zero, and so does the mileage clock.
I verified the car battery, even changed it. Cleaned the battery minus, cleaned the grounds and stilll doesn't work. I checked the board clock, the wires and plug seem to be ok.
I had the car tested and had many fault codes most of them telling that 'it lost the connection with PCM. I'll write down some of the codes:
U2012, U2523, P1799, U0155.
After erasing all the fault codes I started the car, it came back to normal. I checked again and there were no more errors. The next morning all the lights turned on again...
Does anyone know what could be wrong? Do I have to change the PCM also?
Has anyone had this kind of problem before? Please help
