hey up peeps
can you answer a couple retard questions
what are the best plugs to get for a s1 rst
the engine is modified with cam etc the usual stuff
what is the best oil to use?
and is it better buying ford filters etc
ta ifo would be greatly appreciated

15K+ Super Poster!!
NGK 8ES's for ur level of tune - change em every 6k. Oil Mobil 1 motorsport 15W 50 is about the best. Halfords and Fram filters are very good.
